From time to time your child will bring home letters from school. Sometimes you may feel there are a lot of them. It is, however, the safest way of making sure that the correct messages reach you.
We do arrange meetings in the Autumn and Spring for parents to discuss your child’s progress. We send home a written report in the Summer Term.ย However, if you are worried or concerned about any aspect of school life, contact the school as soon as possible and make an appointment to see the appropriate member of staff or Head Teacher.
If you would like to become involved in the school and you have some spare time, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange for your enthusiasm and skills to be used in the classroom. All voluntary helpers who regularly work alongside pupils in school are requested to complete disclosure forms.
The education of children is a partnership between home and school. Anything we can do to improve this partnership will benefit all the children.
Contact Names & Telephone Numbers
All parents are asked at induction meetings or when their child enters school for the names and contact numbers of 3 responsible adults who can be contacted in the case of an emergency. It is very important that parents/carers let us know of any change of address or telephone numbers. This information is updated annually.
